FROM THE NORTH (Southbound I-405)
Everett, Lynnwood, Bothell, etc.
Take exit
13-B (NE 8th St East).
The exit branches into 2
lanes.
Stay to the left, follow
signs for NE 8th St E.
This cloverleafs back over
the freeway (405).
Continue east on 8th
Street for 1.5 miles.
Turn left onto 140th Ave
NE.
Immediately get in left
lane to turn at first driveway.
See Parkland Building at
875 140th Ave NE.
Parking is all around the
building.
Take elevator to 2nd floor
and find Suite 203, which is at the back corner of the building.

(Northbound I-405)
I-90, Renton, Sea-Tac, etc.
Take exit 13 on the right side of freeway.
The exit branches into 2 branches.
Take the right branch (13-B) to get onto 8th Street
heading east.
Continue east on 8th Street for 1.5 miles.
Turn left onto 140th Ave NE.
Immediately get in left lane to turn at first driveway.
See Parkland Building at 875 140th Ave NE.
Parking is all around the building.
Take elevator to 2nd floor and find Suite 203, which is
